Hallucinating

Experiencing a seemingly real perception of something not actually present, typically as a result of a mental disorder or of taking drugs.

Hallucinating happens as a result of either a mental disorder, taking certain drugs, being effected by some poisons or even eating the wrong kinds of mushrooms. A creature that is hallucinating experiences a seemingly real perception of something that's not actually present or happening, seems to be to them. This can also frequently effect the creatures visual perception of the world, making everything around them look as though they were being viewed from a fun house mirror or making the landscape an undiscernible psychedelic mess.

A hallucinating creature also has a 50% chance each round to experience the seemingly real perception that something is either present or absent that really isn't.
