Welcome to the wiki Mr. Profit!

I noticed that you've been making a number of edits to the [[Fire Mage (3.5e Class)|Fire Mage]] class. While we generally appreciate edits, we are also pretty serious about making sure that the work beneath an author's name is actually their work or work they allowed when they set the author block. The Fire Mage has a status of "Complete" and an editing entry of "Spelling and grammar only", making all of the mechanical changes you have made to the class inappropriate on top of violating our [[Dungeons and Dragons Wiki:Editing Policy|constructive editing policy]] towards homebrew. I am going to undo your edits before the end of the day, and I would ask that you not make mechanical changes to the work of other authors in the future unless they have allowed it in the author block or you have discussed it with them previously.

Normally I would suggest that you put your suggestions on the talk page and discuss them with the author, but I know this author isn't an active member of the wiki and that's not really an option here. So the next best option would be to set your changes up as an [[3.5e Alternate Class Features|alternate class feature]] package, referencing the original and replacing or adding abilities as you feel appropriate. If you feel that's overly burdensome, you can just make a copy of the class under a new page, like Fire Mage, Jim Profit Variant. Normally we try to reserve that sort of page duplication for articles going for different balance levels, but it might work out best here, especially if your changes boost the balance level up (and they might).
