Warlock's Curse
Warlock Least; 1st

As a standard action, you can curse one target within 60 feet. This target must make a Will save; If it fails, it takes an additional +3 damage per dice from your Invocations and Eldritch Blasts. Targets that succeed their save are instead subject to a Lesser Curse (See below) for two rounds. You can divide the curse up among up to three targets - Two targets suffer a +2 damage per dice increase each, and three targets suffer a +1 damage per dice increase each. You can attempt to curse up to three targets as a full-round action, as long as they're within 30 feet of each other. When a cursed target is killed, the penalty on the other targets grows accordingly. If you curse a target while you already have three cursed targets, then the oldest Curse will end immediately. A curse only lasts for 1 round per caster level, and they're allowed another Will save each round to break free.

When you use an Invocation or Eldritch Blast against a target, you can choose to consume the Curse, ending its effect voluntarily. Doing so Heightens that Invocation or Blast to an effective spell level equal to half your caster level (Max 9th). Additionally, by taking 1d6 damage as part of the Curse Consume, you can add the following effects: Damaging invocations - And your Eldritch Blast - Are Empowered by the Curse Consume. Abilities that don't deal damage and have a duration shorter than 1 hour/CL are Extended. Abilities that last longer than 1 hour/CL but grant a form of bonus (Such as Beguiling Influence) have that bonus increased by one-half. Abilities that do not fall into one of these categories are unchanged.

Some Invocations automatically consume the Curse, creating a stronger or different effect. Other Invocations merely have a stronger or different effect against Cursed targets without consuming the Curse. These effects are listed in the Invocation's descriptions.

On a successful save, the target is subject to a Lesser Curse, which functions as a Curse for the purposes of Curse Consume, but doesn't give increased damage. Instead, it deals the minimum damage your Eldritch Blast deals (Min 1) to the target each round, with a Fort save for half (Fort negates if the damage was only 1). Lesser Curses are applied by some other feats and abilities, such as the Relentless Curse talent.
