Focusing pure divine energy within your palms, you create a small golden orb of warm healing light that remains stationary in place. The orb generally floats 5 feet above the ground and cannot be targeted or damaged. At the start of your turn every [[SRD:Round|round]], the orb emits a ''healing pulse'' that restores hit points to all living creatures within a certain area (see table below). Any [[SRD:Undead Type|undead]] within the area of a healing pulse take damage instead ([[SRD:Will|Will]] half).  Within the area of the healing pulse, all creatures are protected as per ''[[SRD:Endure Elements|endure elements]]'' against cold dangers, and the orb itself casts light with the intensity of a torch.

The warmth spell has strong affinity with [[SRD:Healing Subschool|healing]] energy. Its effects may increase depending on the highest level spell of the [[SRD:Healing Subschool|Healing]] subschool you have prepared.

You can only have a single ''warmth'' spell active at the same time, but the warmths of multiple spellcasters stack. Warmth can be [[SRD:Dispel Magic|dispelled]] or countered by spells that make it impossible for positive energy to flow within an area, like the ''[[SRD:Desecrate|desecrate]]'' spell. Warmth is also indiscriminate, healing allies and enemies alike depending on who is within range of the orb.</onlyinclude>
