Wheelboard

A simple board with two pairs of wheels below it, allowing it to be mounted and used for quick movement. A creature mounted on a wheelboard sees her movement increased by 10 ft. When doing downhill your speed is increased by a further 10 ft and your land speed is halved when going uphill. A creature mounting a wheelboard is also capable of hustling for twice as long as normal and increase the speed multiplier of Running by 1.

However a wheelboard is not without its problems, any land speed made while mounted on a wheelboard have average maneuverability (as flight). This limitation get worse by one step if the creature has no ranks in Balance and if you travel across difficult terrain, both are cumulative. Similarly it increase by one if you have 9 or more ranks in Balance or if you travel over completely flat terrain, similarly both are cumulative.

Lastly if you fail a Balance, Jump or Tumble check on a wheelboard, you fall Prone.

A wheelboard can be mounted or can be dismounted and picked with the same action it takes to draw a weapon, you may also dismount and abandon the wheelboard as a free action. A wheelboard can be disarmed like a weapon, causing the user to make a DC 20 Balance check or fall prone. Similarly if the user falls prone while riding a wheelboard she is no longer mounting it. Whenever the wheelboard is unmounted, it travels half the distance traveled this round away in the same direction you were moving.

Last but not least, a wheelboard may be used as a Club.
