Whirling Cleave [Fighter] When you carry through someone with a strike, you really carry through.Prerequisites: Power Attack, base attack bonus +6Benefit: When you complete a successful attack and would normally be granted an additional attack from Cleave, Improved Trip, or a similar feat, you may instead make a single melee attack against every creature you threaten except for the creature that triggered the attack. You may not exclude targets within your melee reach from this attack if you elect to make it. This attack is resolved with a single roll at the same bonus as the triggering attack, which is used to determine if each additional target is affected. Each affected target suffers the same damage roll as the triggering attack, less any precision or precision-like damage.

Note that any attack action that you could have performed on the original target may be substituted in place of a normal attack against the targets.

You may activate this feat once per round. If you wish to activate it additional times in a round, you must spend an Attack of Opportunity each additional time. Example: A target is successfully felled with a strike, and cleave activates. The attacker may make an attack against all targets within his melee range and deal similar damage, or he could attempt to disarm, trip, or otherwise inconvenience them.

Alternately, when an attacker with Improved Trip successfully trips a character, they may make a trip attack against all others in range as well or a simple melee attack instead.Special: The area attack can not trigger any additional bonus attacks of its own.
