The white chains of Corpora pull the creature it binds into the material world, rendering them fully corporeal and forcing their bodies to solidify, effectively removing their Incorporeal or semi-corporeal subtype for the duration of the spell. A creature affected by the chains no longer enjoys any sort of concealment or miss chance of any kind, counteracting spells such as blur, displacement and even such effects as gaseous form for as long as they remain bound. A creature bound by the white chains of Corpora lose any benefits and immunities granted to them by incorporeality, insubstantiality or otherwise not being solid, can no longer hover or fly if that movement was dependent on their being incorporeal or weightless, and can no longer navigate gaps and barriers that a solid creature of their effective size can't pass through.

As the chains are solidified from magical energy, they are difficult to remove. They have a concealment miss chance of 100% that is reduced by 20% for every point of raw magical enhancement bonus an attacking weapon has, or by 5% times the caster level of an spellcaster attacking the chain with spells. As such, the chains are completely intangible to purely mundane forms of attack. The chains themselves have 10 hit points per caster level and an effective AC of 15 + your caster level. Only force damage completely bypasses this miss chance, striking the chains true.</onlyinclude>

White Chains of Corpora
Conjuration (Creation) / Evocation [Force]
Level: Sorcerer/Wizard 4
Components: V, S
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Target: One creature
Duration: 1 minute/level (D)
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes

When casting this spell, ephemeral chains of ghostly energy wrap around the creature you touch (an incorporeal touch attack), forcing them to materialize. On enemies with a physical body, this has no effect, but on creatures that are ethereal, shadowy or otherwise incorporeal it has a huge effect. The creature bound by the chains can still move and act normally, but may be severely restrained by its new-found corporeality.

A trapped creature can break out of the chains with a successful Strength check, or a grapple or Escape Artist check. The chains' break DC is 22 + half your caster level (rounded down) and they counter-grapple at a modifier equal to your caster level +8.

The chains can be dispelled, but at +5 to the dispel DC. The chains have 10 hit points per caster level and an effective Armor Class of 15 + your caster level, DR/adamantine equal to half your caster level (rounded down) and 50% hindrance to all five types of energy.

Freedom counters and removes the chains, as does a successful break enchantment or a limited wish.
