You may fire an eldritch blast that deals positive or negative energy damage. Living creatures take only nonlethal damage from the positive version of this spell. Undead take nonlethal damage which bypass their usual immunity to that (falling inert as if unconscious, and healing the subdual damage at a rate of 1/minute after 10 minutes pass). Any resistance to positive or negative energy damage applies.
