This spell allow the caster to permanently alter her own physiology, following limit similar to the disguise self spell. The caster may add or remove physical characteristic or alter them in minor way, she may even acquire traits from other races and species. The use of this spell negate the penalty for attempting to disguise outside of one sex or race, with an additional +10 bonus to Disguise. Upon dismissing the spell the caster take 1d6 point of nonlethal damage from the rapid transformation back to her original form.
Any additional body-part acquired by this spell are functional, but not extraordinary for a member of the caster's own race, by example the caster could acquire eyes from a race with darkvision, but unless her own race possess darkvision with the same range she does not get it. Similarly the caster could acquire an additional pair of arm, but unless her own race can use more than one pair of arm in combat they will be too awkward and weak to use in combat.
The caster can remove her own physical characteristic, however she take the appropriated penalties. By example if she were to remove her eyes she would become blind. If the change would be lethal to her, such as remove one's head the transformation fail.
This effect is not an illusion, the caster actually change her body and thus it is not defeated by true seeing or other effects.
When the spell end you may pay 250 gp in material component to make the effect Instantaneous, meaning it cannot be dispelled but can be reversed with another casting of this spell (although you must pay the components again if you want the change permanently reversed).
