This amulet improves one's lay on hands ability. For a 3.5 paladin, for every 3 hp you heal with lay on hands, you heal an additional +1 hp. For a pathfinder paladin, the die of your lay on hands increases by one step.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, cure light wounds.
