This rather innocuous wide-brimmed traveling hat was once black, but its dye has faded to a dark gray.
This hat allows the wearer to draw any holy or unholy symbol or divine focus of 50 gp or less from it as if by summon instrument (but these items instead) as a 1 round action. This can be done up to 3 times per day. While wearing the blasphemous hat, you take a –1 penalty on saves against divine spells cast by followers of a faith different than your own.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, any 1st level divine Conjuration spell.
