1. See Damage Increases by Size to calculate the damage for a weapon larger than Medium or smaller than Small.
2. Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
3. When two types are given, the weapon is both types if the entry specifies "and", either type (player's choice at time of attack) if the entry specifies "or", or each end of the double weapon is a different type if the entry specifies "/".
4. The hp value given is for Medium armor, weapons, and shields. Divide by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium.
This small pistol is powered by a tiny, fast-charging magic cell capable of firing an eldritch blastCAr.
A blast pistol fires a single ray with a range of 60 feet. This is a ranged touch attack that affects a single target, allowing no saving throw. Unlike an eldritch blast, the ray of a blast pistol is not subject to spell resistance.
Blast Pistols are always of masterwork quality, granting a +1 to attack rolls made with the weapon. While a blast pistol may be magically enhanced, it may only receive enhancement bonuses from +1 to +5, and not any special ability enhancements.
Regardless of what size creature the blast pistol is designed for, a blast pistol always does 1d6 damage.
Special: A wielder of a blast pistol with levels in warlock or any invocation-granting class may add any least essence invocation he or she knows to the blast of the pistol.
