These boots have bits of crab chitin embedded into its cuff.

These magic boots allow the user to suddenly change direction at a moment's notice. 1/day they can change the direction of a charge attack or running up to 90 degrees and continue without interrupting the charge or run.

In addition, they do not have difficult terrain as the result of shallow water, though it does not stop them from making swim checks when the water grows to deep.

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, expeditious retreat.
