Catch breath eliminates any fatigue suffered by the character, and improves an exhausted condition to fatigued.

While this spell needs no verbal, somatic, or material components, the caster must breathe throughout the casting. If, at any point during the casting, the caster is unable to breathe, is prevented from breathing, or chooses not to breathe, the spell is spoiled.
