Colourful Flag [Reserve]
Prerequisites: Know at least one light spell of 1st level or greater.Benefit: As long as you can cast one spell with the light descriptor of 1st level or greater, you may use the following ability at will.
Pick a direction. A light of your color choice appears visible to those within a cone of 1000+100 ft/caster level that can see you. This light obscures you to anybody in the cone, giving you 20% concealment. It lasts for concentration, and you may change the color of the flag as a non-action once per second. While concentrating, you may not use any other action available to you.
Furthermore, all light spells are cast at +1 caster level.
