Type: Cost vs. String

Doing this as a cost type lets us auto-convert between units and show whatever units we want, but it also means that we can't do any non-specific or multi-value articles like this one. Attempting to set the property to "Varies" falls outside of its accepted types, leaving the property empty, and leaving a hole in the ask querry on the nav page that shifts the remaining columns in that row 1 space to the left. I'm rather stuck on getting the type to allow a "-" or "Varies" or something non-numeric as a value, and not really sold on the benefits of the autoconverting, so I'm gonna move it back to a string for now. - TarkisFlux 00:00, December 24, 2009 (UTC)
