This feat was built with Revised Fear Effects in mind, it can be used without but it is not tested.

Cutthroat [Archetype] You may or may not be a bastard, but you sure fight like one.Benefit: Archetype Feat Bonus are based on Character Level:

  • Character Level 1st: You gain Sneak Attack +1d6, this stack with other sources of sneak attack you may have. You have a bit of a bad reputation, non-hostile lawful creatures are one step less friendly towards you than normal (to a maximum of Unfriendly). This is only an 'initial attitude' – if you take any actions that harm or offend them, their attitude will adjust appropriately. A successful disguise can help alleviate such penalty as well.
  • Character Level 3rd: Whenever you attacking a creature you are flanking or if it flat-footed and attempt a combat maneuver, you count as having the appropriate Improved Combat Maneuver feat (such as Improved Trip on a Trip attempt). When making a combat maneuver this way, you may use the ability score you add to your attack roll (such as Dexterity with Weapon Finesse) instead of Strength if it would be advantageous.
  • Character Level 8th: You have an aura of mistrust, perhaps it your reputation as a cutthroat or simply your fighting style being apparent. Whenever you flank a creature it is At Bay toward you unless it possess Uncanny Dodge. If the creature was already At Bay toward you, it become At Bay from any square adjacent to you as well.
  • Character Level 15th: You are a legendary never-do-well, any temporary adjustment to attitude (such as thorough intimidate) last for days instead of minutes. If you possess the Leadership feat you do not take any penalty for treating your followers badly, in fact it instead become a bonus. Finally if you make a foe Shaken, Frightened , Panicked or At Bay in combat they take an additional -2 penalty to attack rolls and caster level toward you.

Special: If you ever stop qualifying for this feat, you can trade it for another archetype feat you meet the prerequisites.
