Wearing this ring causes the user to sweat even in cold climates. It forms a thin protective mist about them as it rapidly evaporates.
Those wearing this ring are treated as having temperatures above 70 degrees F as being -40 degrees less intense (minimum 70 degrees), and are treated as constantly damp for the purposes of drying out. However this moisture is never sufficient to dampen other objects, nor provide liquid sustenance. The constant mist grants fire resistance 5, but lowers any obtained electrical resistance by 5 (minimum 0).
It limits the application of any sticky substance that can be removed by water (such as various alchemical items or spell effects) to a duration no longer than 3 rounds, automatically flushing the offending substance at the end of the third round.
