Dazed[edit]

A dazed creature has their mind befuddled, is unable to cast spells as easily, and is prone to being interrupted. If a dazed creature casts a spell with a casting time of 1 action, the spell doesn't take effect until the creature's next turn. Should a creature affected by this condition take damage or be otherwise interrupted between the turn they cast the spell and the turn on which it takes effect, they must make a Constitution saving throw as though they were concentrating on the spell; should the creature fail the Constitution save, the spell has no effect and the spell slot is still expended.
