Delayed Recognition
Telepathy [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Psion/Wilder 4
Display: Visual
Manifesting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Medium (100 ft + 10 ft/level)
Target: One creature
Duration: 1 round/level (D)
Saving Throw: Will partial; see text
Power Resistance: Yes
Power Points: 7

If a creature fails a save against this power they see your location and attacks on a 1 round delay. Thus if you have moved they may attack the wrong square, and if you injure them they only notice your damage 1 round later. Effects which are immediately noticeable are still noticed (such as suddenly having their arm shrivel due to a power), but the source is not apparent until 1 round later.

A creature may use a standard action to attempt to disbelieve, gaining another Will save. Creature's allies can also use a standard action to shake them out of it in touch range, granting another save. If the save is successful they see the manifester with no delay, and the duplicate as a transparent outline. It provides a mild distraction granting a 20% miss chance due to concealment as blur for the remaining duration. Creatures that succeed the initial save also see this blur effect.

Augment: For every 2 additional power points you spend, you can add an additional target within 30 ft.

For every 2 additional power points you spend, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
