With a word and a gesture, conjured earth forms around the target to inhibit their movement.
You cause earth to rise around the one creature that you can see within range. The target must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, for every 1 foot a creature moves, it must spend 4 additional feet of movement until the start of your next turn.
Creatures immune to the grappled or restrained conditions are unaffected by this cantrip.
