Eldritch Obscurement (Cha; Trained Only)[edit]

A skill to remain unnoticed by eldritch horrors.

You exist in the distracted moments within the insane mind, slipping past just outside the edges of alien sight.

Eldritch obscurement is a class skill for anyone possessing dark insight. It allows you to remove the bonus eldritch beings, such as any creature with the Abomination subtype, or any creature from the Far Realm, have to notice you thru Listen, Search, and Spot checks against you, and detecting you as if they had scent. Each rank of eldritch obscurement reduces your effective rank of dark insight for purposes of such detection by these horrors, to a minimum of zero ranks.

Synergy[edit]

If you have 5 or more ranks in Eldritch Obscurement, you get a +2 bonus on all stealth (Hide, Move Silently, etc.) checks against eldritch beings. Additionally, if you have 5 or more ranks of Eldritch Obscrurement, you gain a +2 bonus on Bluff, Disguise, Intimidate, Perform and Sense Motive (resisting only) in direct interaction with eldritch beings.
