Executioner's Strike [General] Prerequisites: Sneak Attack +1d6, Telling Blow feat, Hide 6 ranks.Benefit: When a character is unaware of your presence (I.e., you're invisible or hidden and they haven't detected you; But not when merely flanking a target) and has been unaware of you for at least 2 rounds, and you choose to move in and attack, instead of a Sneak Attack, you may perform an Executioner's Strike. This ability is a standard attack with a melee weapon that provokes attacks of opportunity from opponents who DO see you. Rather than dealing extra damage, the attack is automatically a critical threat. In this case, you gain a +1 bonus to the critical confirmation roll (Only when using this ability) for every +1d6 damage your sneak attack would deal.

If the critical strike succeeds, the target must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + damage dealt) or die instantly, just as if subject to a Coup de Grace. Special: If an Executioner's Strike is made as part of a Death Attack, rather than making two saves, the Death Attack's DC is increased by +1 per extra dice of Sneak Attack damage you possess. Creatures immune to sneak attacks and critical hits are immune to Executioner's Strike.
