A set of ornate epaulets worn on armor or clothes, typically indicative of status or military rank. The wearer of the epaulets gain a +2 competence bonus on Diplomacy and Intimidate check. If the wearer of the epaulets grant a moral bonus to attack or saves, increase that bonus by +1 which does not stack with inspirational boostSpC.
Finally the Falcon Officer Epaulets extend the radius of any Aura of Courage the wearer possess to 30 feet instead of 10 feet. If the wearer had a wider radius than 10 feet she double it radius instead of extending it to 30 feet, if higher.
