Greater Contract

You write up a contract in Sylvan, and anybody who signs it is bound by it on pain of death.

Design a contract stating things that different signatories must or must not do. Then, any number of creatures may sign the contract in different regions, indicating which part of the contract they agree to follow.

If a creature breaks the contract, it is instantly killed (a [Death] effect), and takes an unpreventable -4 penalty to all ability scores for 1d6 weeks, independent of form. In addition, all other signatories of the contract receive a mental ping indicating that this signatory has broken the contract, and a mental image detailing everything the contract-breaker could sense at the time. The contract can no longer have any affect on that creature, but other signatories are still affected.

If the contract is destroyed (by burning the paper it is written on or some other method), you die instantly and your soul is erased from the universe, making it impossible for anyone short of a deity to bring you back to life, and no signatories of the contract are bound by it any longer. Those creatures become aware that the contract has been destroyed.

Material Component: A piece of paper upon which the contract is written worth 1000 gp, and 500 gp of inks.
