Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

You curse your opponent, who has difficulty attacking at range. The range of all non-melee attacks are reduced by 50%, including ranged attack rolls and the range of spells and spell-like effects, to a minimum 5 feet. Area effect spreads such as cones and bursts is not reduced, but the distance a spell may go off will be.
