Prayers to bless and aid for my allies, prayers to bane and hinder for my foes...
The victim of hinder becomes the bearer of divinely poor luck. If they fail their saving throw, they find themselves in the worst places in combat and poorly assisted by their defenses. The target suffers a -1 morale bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty on saving throws against fear effects, and DS X/Physical, where X is equal to the caster's level (maximum 5). If they succeed on their saving throw, they suffer no penalties on rolls and only suffer the DS X/Physical for 1 round per caster level.
Hinder counters and dispels aid, and can be countered and dispelled by it as well.
