Horian Ring[edit]

Horian rings are thin bronze bands with motifs bearing the likeness of bird and ornamented by a pale green gems with black reflection inside. Once donned the sound of crackling thunder can be heard by the wearer (but no one else). It said Horian rings are simple imitation of a stronger artifacts, although none know if it really the case.

The wearer on an Horian ring is gifted by the power of a forgotten deity, they constantly fly as the fly (caster level 15th) spell and are protected from enemy fire as if they were surrounded by a spherical wind wall (caster level 15th) however it does not affect the wearer's projectile. As the wearer is flying she is immune to the negative effects of wind and can cast control winds (caster level 15th) as a spell-like ability at will.

Finally as a full-round action the user may call on the immense power of the ring to launch a bolt of Indra with a caster of 15th or equal to the wielder's character level (whichever is higher) from the ring. This ability can only be used each 1d4 rounds.

Strong evocations; CL 15th; Forge Ring, fly, control winds, bolt of Indra; Price 90,000 gp.
