Prerequisites: Rapid Pact MakingBenefit: You can bind vestige as a full-round action without penalties, drawing the vestige's seal is part of that action.
Special: A binder may select Improved Rapid Pact Making as a bonus feat. In high level games or this feat replace rapid pactmaking.
