Master Elementalist

You do not have a connection with animal and nature as other Druids and Worldseer, however you possess innate talents with the elements.

Class: Druid or Worldseer

Level: 1st, 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th, 18th

Replaces: Animal Companion (Druid), Animal Resonance (Worldseer), Nature Sense, Spontaneous Casting (Druid)

Benefit: Energy Resistance, Advanced Learning, Elemental Mastery, Sculpt Elements, Shape Elements

Limited Spellcasting: A master elementalist may only use her highest spell slots available to cast spells with the [air], [cold], [fire], [earth] an/or [water] descriptor. She may cast other spells on her spell list normally with her lower level spell slots.

A Master Elementalist no longer prepare spells normally, instead she has spell ingrained and spell per day as a Spirit ShamanCD.

Advanced Learning: At 3rd level and each 3 level thereafter the master elementalist druid may learn a single spell of any level she can cast from the cleric or sorcerer/wizard spell list. The selected spell must have the [air], [cold], [fire], [earth] an/or [water] descriptor.

Energy Resistance (Ex): An 3rd level Master Elementalist gain resistance to Cold, Fire and Electricity of 2. At each odd level thereafter this resistance increase by 1.

Elemental Mastery (Ex): At 8th level the Master Elementalist druid can alter an her [air], [cold], [fire], [earth] an/or [water] spell when cast so that it utilizes a different element from the one it normally uses. The spell’s casting time is unaffected. The caster decides whether to alter the spell’s energy type and chooses the new energy type when she begins casting.

Shape Elements: At 10th level a Master Elementalist gain the use of: control air (as a psi-like ability) [Air], control flames (as a psi-like ability) [Fire], control water (as a spell-like ability) [Water] and stone shape [Earth] (as a spell-like ability). She may use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Wisdom modifier, each ability drawing from the same pool of uses.

Sculpt Elements (Su): At 12th level a Master Elementalist can alter area and effect spells that use one of the following shapes: burst, cone, cylinder, emanation, or spread. The alteration consists of creating spaces within the spell’s area or effect that are not subject to the spell. The minimum dimension for these spaces is a 5-foot cube. Furthermore, any shapeable spells have a minimum dimension of 5 feet instead of 10 feet. She may only shape spells that have the [air], [cold], [fire], [earth] an/or [water] descriptor.
