Nitrion[edit]
Nitrion is a blue ethereal-looking substance, it shape itself into a hlix-shaped spiral by itself if left unattended. It is extremely radioactive, so much even creatures normally immune to radiation fear it. Each pound of Nitrion count as a single refined darklight rod except it completely ignore immunities to it effects. Direct contact with raw nitrion is also extremely deadly, dealing 2d8 points of typeless damages and 20d8 if completely submerged.
Nitrion is particularly deadly to the young gods of Idylis. Killing them within second after exposure (details included within the template). The reason why it so deadly to them is unknown, but luckily for them the material is impossible to find naturally and the mean to originally making the substance is now lost.
With 5 pound of Nitrion it is possible to make a powerful devastating bomb, replicating the effect of megaton and leaving the area poisoned by it presence, young gods of Idylis exposed to either the blast or the fallout will suffer from Nitrion poisoning, making such bomb an ideal tool to slay them. Nitrion is also a superb source of energy, each pound of Nitrion count as two pounds of crystalline proteum for the purpose of maintaining magical effect and generating energy.
One pound of Nitrion can be shaped into a small weapon, such as a dagger, a bolt or a bullet. Although in order to do so a limited wish or stronger effect must be used to force the Nitrion into shape. Weapons made out of nitrion have the same properties are extremely radioactive as detailed above, deal an additional 2d8 typeless damage to any creature coming in contact with the weapon (even the user, making nitrion ammunition usually the best choice for a nitrion weapon) and gain benefits as if they were made of darklight.
