A spooky presence is always just behind the target. They can't see it, but they know it is there, something dreadful from beyond...

You cause a creature to become haunted by some dark spirit from beyond, giving them a sense of paranoia and a feeling there is someone just behind them out of sight. For the duration of the spell the creature is treated as flanked by any creatures attacking it (regardless if they are flanking or not). In addition they take a -2 penalty to fear effects.

By preparing it in a spell slot two levels higher, you can cast this on one creature per level, as long as all creatures are within 30 ft of each other.

By preparing it in a spell slot three levels higher, the duration becomes Permanent. It is treated as a curse for the purpose of removing its effects.
