A psionic version of the phantasmal killer spell, with a delayed but more potent effect. If a creature fail the initial will save against this power, an eldritch being of terror will appear 30 feet away from it. At the end of each of the creature's turn, the pursuer move 30 feet toward it ignoring difficult terrain. However if the target is unable or unwilling to move, the pursuer only advance at half speed. Being not real, the pursuer cannot be harmed although it can be dispelled normally, ending the power.
If the creature is caught by the pursuer, it must make a Fortitude save or die from fright. A successful save instead cause the target to take 2d6 Wisdom Damage and end the spell, leaving the creature Cowering for 1 round and then Shaken for an hour.
Finally the pursuer follow the target through any dimensional movement, such as teleportation. It appear at the same distance it was last.
Augment: For every additional power point you spend, increase the speed of the pursuer by 5 feet. For each extra 10 feet, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
