Phantom Palm

As you reach out, your hand briefly fades out and becomes ghostly.

You make an incorporeal touch attack which deals 1d6 points of damage, plus 1 damage per two caster levels. In addition, the target must make a Will save or take penalties as if one age category higher (maximum venerable) for 1 minute. Against undead, this instead causes them to become frightened for 1 round.
