Pity Power [General]
Prerequisites: Must be a class that uses psionics or user of psionicsBenefit: Any time you take damage you have a 33% chance to regain 1 power point.
Example: Allen the level 4 psion gets punched by a cr 3 monk which does 2d6 damage, Allen has a 33% chance from the hit to regain 1 power pointSpecial: This does not apply to ability or level damage. You can't go over your max power points. From foes you fight the foes must be within 3 cr levels of you for this to work. For environmental effects and non combat effects you can regain power points but there's a one minute waiting period between each power point restored before you have the chance to regain a power point.
