| Effect: | The targeted weapon or armor gets an enhancement bonus of +1 per four caster levels (minimum +1, maximum +5). Weapons get this bonus on attack and damage rolls, whereas armor gets this bonus to the AC it provides. An outfit of regular clothing counts as armor that grants no AC bonus for the purpose of this phrase. |
