As the wizard began to unleash her spell she was chilled yet again by a ray of frost, causing her to lose her concentration and her spell.
You gain a fleeting foresight, seeing a couple seconds ahead into the likely future. This gives you just enough warning to cast a level 0 spell as an immediate action each round.
Also, Concentration checks made as a result of your interference suffer a penalty equal to your spellcasting modifier.
