Psionic Reserve Power [Psionic]
You ensure you never run out of energy on your favorite power.Prerequisites: At least 1 power point and one power known.Benefit: Choose one of your first level powers known. As long as you maintain psionic focus, you can always manifest the power at will without spending power points. However, you cannot augment the power using this method.
Special: At High level, it applies to all your first level powers. At Low level, it has the pre-requisite of manifester level 3rd or higher.
