Raspy Whisper
You have a raspy whisper. It's creepy but makes it hard to talk to people.
Benefit: Your voice is hard to hear, and stealth seems to come naturally to you. The DC to detect your whispering increases by +5 (DC 20 typically).
Drawback: Your voice is hard to hear beyond 5 feet, requiring Listen checks since you are always whispering. Even a loud scream for you is just barely normal volume.
Roleplaying Ideas: You probably smoked too many packs, or maybe you injured your throat somewhere. People might find your voice unnerving. Since your voice is so quiet, perhaps you speak more with actions than words.
