This heavy, crude clay jar with a brown glaze is topped with a waxen wood stoppered lid. It sloshes and slumps slightly when shaken as its heavy, liquid contents shift about inside. When opened, the dark brown mud inside is slick and clay-like, with a swampy smell of decaying plants and a mild sulfurous fume.
If used by covering a creature in a full-body mud-mask or mixed with an amount of water to make a small bath for a single creature, the mud works its rejuvenating magic over the course of 2 hours. After which, the creature will have de-aged in their physical appearance 1d6+4 years (to a minimum age of Young Adult) and feel the relief of the removal of the headache, fatigued and exhausted conditions. Only a single creature can benefit from any given jar of mud, and a creature can only benefit from the mud once (though if the creature dies or is reincarnated, they may benefit from it again).
These jars are often highly sought after, as they cannot be normally replicated by magic, since what is contained within is captured from a lost realm.
Once uncorked, the mud quickly begins to lose potency and becomes ordinary mud after 12 hours.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, rejuvenate, Ritual of Mud, mud from the swamp realm of Santan Palo.
