+2 Flaming Flaming Flaming Longsword[edit]

Is there any reason not to allow this enchantment (or the other enchantments of the different elemental types that do the same thing) multiple times on a single weapon? For that matter, is there any rule that specifically disallows this? --Ganteka Future (talk) 08:13, 21 May 2013 (UTC)

I don't believe it is actually addressed, and I allow it, but most assume the "similar things don't stack" rule applies here as well. Reasonable, but an unnecessary nerf. Having a Flamingx3 Longsword is better than a Flaming Frost Shocking Longsword, and IMO more iconic if you're making an elemental weapon. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 09:11, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
I figured the stacking thing was in effect as usual, I just never heard it mentioned specifically anywhere and figured it may have been brought up (considering you get to stack up those enhancement bonuses). Though, I don't really think Triple Flaming is really any better than Flame Frost Shocking. While the damage is from a single source and can actually be used to bypass low amounts of energy resistance, it's also easier to block being single source. I do like that it is more thematic and will probably just go with that in the future. Also, +1 Mumbling Salty Battle Lectern of Vinegar. You're already trying to make that a thing. --Ganteka Future (talk) 17:45, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
