This War Censer is gilded, studded with gemstones, and otherwise embroidered with divine designs and symbols. While holding this magic weapon, you gain a bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it, determined by its rarity.

In addition, the Sacred Thurible functions as a spellcasting focus for your Cleric and Paladin spells, and for any spells you've acquired through the Monk class. For those spells, you gain a bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs, equal to bonus to attack and damage rolls granted by the weapon. Furthermore, if you possess Ki, your Ki saving throw DC benefits from this bonus as well.

When you cast a spell or use a Monk ability that restores hit points, you may add the weapon's bonus to attack and damage rolls to the number of hit points restored, provided you are holding the Sacred Thurible and incense is currently burning within it.
