The personal staff of the powerful Archmagus Connie Maurer, this orichalcum staff has a finely made silvery shaft mounted by a ringed planet head. The Saturnite Staff possess the Floating and Focus enhancement. In combat, it can be used in combat as a +3 Collision Quarterstaff, which it transfer to any weapon-like spell channeled through it, be it from the staff or cast by the wielder.
The staff is capable of channeling incredible arcane power, which manifest as black and white bolts of 'electricity', as an attack action the wielder can channel that power through an opponent with a touch attack. A foe struck by this energy touch is dealt 11d6+5 pure arcane damage. This can only be used as long as the the staff has 1 or more charge left.
