|rating=neutraldislike|reason=ItWith the new clarifications, I'm not sure that it's a nice enough utility spellactually useful. It can target only whole sheets, and is only 1 minute per level. When would you use that? Its writing could use work -- duration is too short for any involved intrigue, and the fact that it never actually says what it does, let alone give any detailed rulestargets the whole sheet rather than bits of text mean that you can only end up with a blank sheet of paper.
