Spell Resistance: No

This spell function as per summon esper IV, however the esper stay as a ghostly spirit in the same square as the caster for the duration of the spell. It can still be attacked as normal, however it posses 10 hit points per caster level instead of 5, it remain unaffected by anything not dealing direct damage (it can still be banished or dispelled as normal).

In this form the esper provide defensive bonuses to the caster, the caster gain cover and may reroll any of her saving throw (although she must accept the second result) as the esper provide gentle guidance. As a standard action the caster may direct the esper to either attack or defend, attacking is the normal attack of the esper while defending grant the caster total cover for one round.
