Surfing Shield[edit]
A surfing shield is specially made to practice shieldsurfing
The surfing item template can be added to any shield. It alters the shield in such a way to be more easily used for shieldsurfing, allowing the user to better perform this extreme sport.
Requirements[edit]
The creator of a surfing item must have at least 6 ranks in Craft [weapons].
Surfing Shields[edit]
Cost: 100 gp
Affinities: None.
Special: A surfing shield grants the user the benefits of the Shieldsurfing feat and the user counts as having the feat for the purpose of requirements. It also counts as a masterwork tool (and shield, already accounted for in the cost) for the purpose of shieldsurfing, giving a +2 bonus to rolls to its user.
