It an epic feat, meant as an upgraded version of the bonus domain feat found in Complete Divine. Also it sound about right, I typically value epic feat as being more powerful version of normal pre-epic feats (epic feats being rather scarce unless you went straight class all the way up). --Leziad (talk) 20:36, 6 January 2014 (UTC)

On further inspection access divine spells is a little better than what this feta give (with the exception of the whole changing thing) because it add the spells on your spell list directly, cleric with an extra domain still have a limited amount of domain slots (usually 1). --Leziad (talk) 20:38, 6 January 2014 (UTC)
