Funny wording indeed, as well as the introductory sentence. But, what for? Is that really worth a feat? (Also, I have trouble figuring out how to do it, but FANTASY!) I would rather see a fighter shoot a longbow from horseback, though. Could sweeten the deal, now that I think of it. I think a horseback longbowman feat exists somewhere, but it's pretty obscure whereever it is. I could probably totally add it to this feat and still have it be low, since neither benefit is all that great. It's barely worth a feat, which is why its Low. It's competing with the likes of Toughness and Skill Focus.
