Balance Level
If you want a judgement call on where this lands, it would either be Low or Moderate. The benefit is mild (really, the removal of a penalty) and I'd probably aim for low. Moderate if it actually let you attack and threaten out to 5 ft. Low is the realm of things from Toughness, +1 anythings, proficiency feats, and the sort. Moderate is where I put most of the useful fighter feats, and some people probably put Power Attack there, probably on the high end.
Balance levels are a judgement call, it'll probably take a bit to get an eye for it. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 08:09, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
