I would not say this feat is low balance. +2 Hide and Move Silently is low balance. I've got no concept of balance myself but burrowing, damage reversion even from death, and 3d6 aoe damage without a save to half it definitely doesn't seem low. - Aeturo (talk) 13:38, 7 February 2017 (MST)

Also, Thunder isn't a damage type yet in 3.5. It's still Sonic. The balance level is definitely off, and should be adjusted (I'd say this is probably VH thanks to the burrow speed, but everything else isn't that big), and the terminology should be fixed. I'm not sure if we take the scaling and prereqs into account for balance but I think it'd be high not VH because it requires 7 levels in a specific class to get that burrow speed which seems like that would restrict it from most builds.
